"IVY Entertainment" shall mean and include IVY Entertainment Private Limited, its music division IVY Music (also branded ICON Music), and all respective group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and any person who collects personal information or SPDI on behalf of IVY Entertainment (collectively, "IVY Entertainment" / "We" / "Us").

We are committed to treating data privacy seriously. It is important that you know exactly what we do with your information. This Privacy Policy sets out the basic principles we follow for collecting, using, storing, disclosing and protecting information in compliance with applicable laws.

By using this site, by availing any of our services, and/or by providing your information, you agree and consent to us collecting, storing, processing, transferring, using and sharing your personal information for the purposes set out in, and in accordance with, this Privacy Policy.

We strive to collect only the personal information or SPDI that is necessary for us to provide services, or to avail any services, under a lawful contract or through the use of this website. "Personal Information" and "SPDI" carry the meaning defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT Rules, 2011 — broadly, any information that identifies you, directly or indirectly, as a particular individual.

a) Information you provide to us

We may collect personal information when you use our services, contact us through our complaint or grievance process, or interact with our service providers. This may include:

b) Information collected automatically

When we may share without prior consent

• It is presented to advertisers as aggregated statistics on traffic to pages within our site.

If you decline to submit personally identifiable information, we may be unable to provide certain services. We will not be liable for the denial of such services in that case.

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures — managerial, technical, operational and physical — that are commensurate with the information we handle and the nature of our business.
